3 Shift from the individual -based to group-based work.standardisation and support system (e.g.,multifunctional worder)are needed to even ort the word load .
4 organise and implement continuous improvemet so that you ingenuity yields stangible results .make planning tables showing such things as what the plan is ,how it is supposed to be implemented ,and how much progress has been made.By breaking the process down into steps ,it should be possible to standardise and hence to create manuals detailing how each step is to be performed .there should also be a space to evaluate what is happening ,since this will enable you to identify the trouble spots.
