As my experience, if you want to learn a better English that you should spend lots of time to listen the English radio, and try to speak the same pace with the announcer; try to write the sentence with a new words, and try to write an article as many as you can; also try to read America English articles, news . and then do your best to answer all questions ; and try to spend at least two hours a day in English.
