1）四个选项中,spend、cost后面的宾语都可以跟时间,take后面跟双宾语,如 It takes sb.＋时间＋to do sth.或doing sth.takes sb.+时间,pay后面只跟金钱.
2）句子中is前面的从句做主语,所以__too much time on computer整个结构应该是名词性,从句中的谓语也就是横线上要填的应该是动名词,也就是动词的ing形式,选spending啊亲.
