May I have your attention,please?As you know,our class will have a talk show on environment protection with Class One on May 4th.In order to help us collect more useful information and prepare better(have better preparation) for the talk show,we have invited Dr.Li from QingHua University to give us a speech(make a report) on improvements and progresses that have been made concerning environmental protection in Beijing in recent years.Now,we will like to inform you the venue and time of the speech(event).It is in the auditorium on the 3rd floor in the building.The time is two o' clock in the afternoon on April 4th.It is compulsory for everyone.Further arrangements will be discussed after the metting.
