摘要 现如今,企业国际化过程中所面临的发展问题的研究受到了越来越多的学者重视,更受到企业家亟待关注,但遗憾的是,对于中药企业方面国际化的研究却屈指可数.本研究在文献分析的基础上,融合企业年报、企业经营数据进一步阐明中药企业进入国外市场的发展前景及所不可避免地面临的发展难题.通过对企业宏观环境因素（PEST分析法）的分析得出如下结果：（1）中药企业的目标市场所在国的国家政治环境（如政局稳定状况、是否存在限制或禁止进口中药及是否存在各种政治性团体打压中药企业）直接影响企业的经营状况.（2）国外法律因素（如国外法律存在偏袒本国制药企业而对进口中药制定苛刻的法规及国内出口中药的相关法规与国外进口中药的相关法规有矛盾或不统一之处）直接影响企业国际化进程.（3）国外的经济环境（如国外的经济发展水平、社会购买力、消费者收入水平和支出模式等）直接影响企业国际化进程.
本研究可为中药企业国际化提供可资参考的建议,为政府提供引导中药企业打开国外市场的政策建议.为了壮大我国传统文化,中药企业国际化势在必行,让我们共同推动社会经济发展.

Abstract Nowadays,research firm internationalization process development problems faced by the growing number of scholars attention ,but also by entrepreneurs need immediate attention ,but unfortunately,the business aspects of medicine ,but only a handful of international studies .On the basis of the analysis of the literature on the integration of corporate annual reports ,business data further elucidate the prospects for the development of Chinese enterprises to enter foreign markets and development challenges facing the inevitable .Through corporate macro-environmental factors (PEST analysis ) analysis the following results :the country's political environment ( 1 ) Chinese enterprises target market of the host country (eg,political stability condition ,restrict or prohibit the import of the existence and the existence of a variety of traditional Chinese medicine Chinese enterprises to suppress political organizations ) directly affect the business situation of enterprises .( 2 ) foreign legal factors ( such as the presence of foreign laws favoring the development of domestic pharmaceutical companies and demanding regulations and domestic laws and regulations related to the export of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine imported Chinese regulations on the import of contradictory or inconsistent place ) directly affect the internationalization process.( 3 ) foreign economic environment ( such as the level of economic development abroad ,purchasing power ,consumer income and spending patterns ,etc.) directly affect the process of internationalization .
This study provides may refer the proposal to the internationalization of Chinese enterprises for the provision of policy advice to guide Chinese enterprises to open foreign markets .In order to grow our traditional culture ,the internationalization of Chinese enterprises is imperative ,let us work together to promote social and economic development .
