为面试准备的一篇英语写作,题目是DESCRIBE A DIFFUCULT SITUATION.
用词准确性,语法或者句子更优美之类的~
It was 2012,the moment I had to manage a new japanese restaurant.
My ex boss decided to open a new japanese restaurant in the city, but he hasn’t any experience of japanese restaurant and he hasn’t much time neither (he’s got to manage a chinese restaurant),so he had chosen me to do it.By the reason that I was already his assistant and the lobby manager of his chinese retaurant, furthermore,I have learned japanese food courses with a japonese sushi master in China for about three months.
It was really a big challenge for me.Obviously,I’ve learned the basic courses on marketing, operation and management, but that was just limited to book knowledge,I hadn’t much actual experience. So at first,I discussed with my ex boss for every detail who concerned this project and what did he want exactly. After that I began to look on the internet for the decoration and the design for the restaurant.Once I’ve got the preliminary conception,I started investigating the Japanese restaurants around the city, one by one,I’ve got all the information (menus, photos, the flow of custtermer at the weekends, the service quality etc) for every restaurant around.Finely I could determine the style, the customer orientation and the menu price of the restaurant by analysing and comparing all the reserache I’ve got.
At the end of this experience,I realized that difficulties make you stronger,do not be afraid, just do your best.By the way,the feeling of seeking solutions under pressure, that’s just amazing!

It was 2012,the time when I had to manage a new Japanese restaurant.
My ex boss decided to open a new Japanese restaurant in XXX city, but he didn’t have any experience of how to open and manage a Japanese restaurant, and he also didn’t had much time (he got to manage a Chinese restaurant). So he assigned me to do it.One reason was that I was already his assistant and the lobby manager of his Chinese restaurant, furthermore,I had learned Japanese food courses from a Japanese sushi master in China for about three months.
It was a really big challenge for me.Obviously,I’ve learned the basic courses of marketing, operation and management, but that was just limited to book knowledge,I didn’t have much practical experience. So at first,I discussed with my ex boss for every detail:who concerned with this project and what did he want exactly. After that I began to look on the internet for the decoration and the design for the restaurant.Once I’ve got the preliminary conception,I started investigating the Japanese restaurants in that city, one by one.I collected all the informations (menus, photos, the flow of customers at the weekends, the service quality etc).By analyzing and comparing all data I got, finally I could determine the style, the customer orientation and the food price.
At the end of this period,I realized that difficulties make you stronger,do not be afraid, just do your best.By the way,the feeling of seeking solutions under pressure, that’s just amazing!
