I think the biggest risk is no more than making a decision which may determine a person’s fate (my value).Since two years ago I was attracted by astronomy,my fate has already communicated with the subject,even though my family didn’t hope so.Of course I knew no prize of it could take me to an ideal university,and in China it would be hard to find a job.But psychologically I felt called from the Heaven.Angels seemed to say “Come on Nicholas,so magical space is waiting for you to explore.” In another word,I’d like to be a pioneer for unknown force.
In truth I have been impacted greatly by the contests of astronomy and friends far apart.They showed their local customs and their distinctive characters which impressed my heart.There is always someone better when comparing.In my city,our lives keep boring.No colorful games,few public activities held by organizations,no Haagen-Dazs…Just work,operation and exercise.Such a developing capital stays in a developed province.So when recognized peers were founding web set or designing robots,I was reading history.I have a good grasp of history,because no one teaches me others.
I have no intention of being the weak.At first,I laboured at math and physics to improve my astronomy learning till I was able to solve any science question when asked by classmates.Secondly I campaigned for the chairman of Student Council.Although I failed,I don’t think I’m lack of ability.I surveyed abuses in many parts and put forward administrative reform,but was told only 3 minutes limited when giving my lecture.Then I succeed to be an undersecretary.As the same,at an argument of reformation,I maintained for students relaxed and became the first known demoted cadre by headmaster but not by vote.How could dictatorship scare me?I’ve suffered so much and I knew what other school did in other cities through friends’ news.I’m not a short-sight girl who will cry when subjected to an unfair criticism.
Thanks to the risk I chose.,I’ve had much friendship and became emulous.I dare to go far alone,to complete against idols,or to take part in some high-level activities that my classmates cannot imagine.I dream to realize my value.It has been explained in my Chinese composition.
