可省略 as the years go on随岁月的流逝。years复数名词 等于下列短语： as (the) years go by as (the) years passed 如：The beauty pageantry develops as years go on.随着时间的推移，选美大赛也在不停地发展。

应该是 as the years go by，是固定用法，得加定冠词the。
