help 做动词时有2种功能：
1.vt.及物动词,后接宾语 2.vi.不及物动词,后不用接宾语
这里help指“对.对.起作用”,是不及物用法,所以不用+宾语us
she would help （她一直都对我们很有帮助）
she would help us （她都会帮我们）
