How to Live A Better Life
When we think of change live for better,we often think about a new job,new house,a new car,a new girl friend or boy friend.These are either material things or something from outside of us.Actually,the best things in life are within us.Even we are born in circumstances that we have no control,how we act and how our attitude to life is mattered.We are the masters of our own destiny.If you want to change you life for better,you can do it any time.
In my opinion,there are many ways to make life better.Here I list a few.First,take a good look of yourself.Not to desire more material things.Look into your self from a distance and trying to recognise you are a unique individual and life for a good purpose.Therefore you can see yourself in harmony with the universe.
Second,do something for others.You have to realise you are not isolated in the world.You have family and friends.Why not going out with your family?Why not hold a party for friends?Why not do some charity work?Interact more with people,you give something and get returns,which is very rewarding.
Furthermore,take up some activities.Try to develop a hobby.Why not go to a concert,or art class?Why not learn Yoga,or start a blog?Do something creative that will give you a lot of pleasure and sense of satisfactory.

A Happy Day It was one of my happiest days in my life.It happened on a Monday in a bus.After I got on a bus,I found a good seat.Ten minutes later,an old womam got on the bus.Unfortunately,all seats were taken.On seeing this,I quickly got up and gave my seat to her.Both of us smiled.Then she gave a candy to me as a reward.I accepted it.I thought it was the sweetest candy in the world because it was full of love.That was also a happy day.2》Today is the happiest day in this holiday.Although I was very tired,I found myself in these busy day.I am afraid of taking a bus usually,the awful smell of the bus drive me mad ,make me feel carsick.But today I didn't feel carsick.I can defeat carsickness finally.At night I went out with an old friend who I ever liked him,but both of us were busy with the examination at the high school that we hadn't been together.I was so surprised that I received his calling.At first,I thought we would never meet after we graduated.Thank him gave me a happy day!
