首先,是IT COSTS
其实一般说售价习惯这么说,你那么说应该叫ITS COST IS...很别扭,而且翻译过来是“它的价值是”语法上可以,但是很少这么讲

这里的cost不做名词（价格）讲，而是做动词（花费）讲。
你记住这个固定用法就可以了~~~
