As is known to us all,having good teeth means owning the health,so we should pay more attention to the teeth.
Teeth can help us chew foods and speak clearly.Healthy teeth will give someone a favorable impression.To take care of our teeth,first we should brush at least twice a day and spend at least three minutes brushing all the teeth.Besides,get a new toothbrush with soft bristles every three months.Moreover,floss our teeth up and down to get rid of the food hide between our teeth.Last but not least,we should eat lots of fruits and vegetables on account of the fact that eating sugar is a major cause of tooth decay.
