Task: more and more people are moving from rural areas to cities in search of a better life, but city life has its own problems. What are these problems? Suggest some solutions.

It is no doubt that a growing number of people are moving from rural areas to urban areas to lead a better life. In this essay, I will mention certain bad effects that this phenomenon may bring to us and suggest some available approaches to cope with these problems.
One main problem is that city streets are congested with traffic. The growing demand of road space and the insufficient road capacity are interrelated. This means that loads of cars that pile up on the road and at the same time there is no enough space for everyone on the same road. A second issue is that the employment rate is decreasing because of the increasing population. Jobs are no longer sufficient like before as people moving into cities consistently. Many people find it hard to get a suitable job which may cause their stress and anxiety. Stressful working conditions also influence people who already own a job. They tend to work harder and frequently work over time to improve their job security.
However,measures should be taken to increase the reliability of public transport systemand encourage people to take the bus, the subway rather than getting in a car.It would also be fine to carry out the license plate number restriction on alternate days. To solve the job problem, employers should try to provide employees with a friendly working environment with more jobs and rewards. I also support that the solution to crowed problem lies with the government who need to introduce policies to limit the number of people moving into the cities.
Inconclusion, there are a variety of problems that have come out like traffic problems and shortage of work. Although it would not be possible to find a complete solution, any action might involve promoting transportation systems and controlling number of people can act an important role.
