越简单越好：
It can be concluded that people at any age tend to spend most of their time watching TV.
你说most of their leisure time,那什么时间是不宝贵的咧!
还有annually多余.
不管是应试还是平时的交流,言简意赅都是最重要的.
可以看出你的功底还不错,但英语水平的高低决不在于句子的长短或专业术语（big words）的多少.

最后一个词“每年，年年”放在那里想表达什么意思？
其它地方没错。
不过感觉用主动语态更自然些：
we can conclude that people of whatever age group spend most of their leisure time watching TV .
