请问the one of the boys和the only one of the boys后面接定语从句,关系词有什么区别吗?
不是说先行词有only修饰,关系词必须用that?
如果是先行词是the one of the films ,one of the films,关系词分别用什么?

对,the one of the boys 先行词是the one.the only one先行词是the only one 只能用that
第二个,the one of the films .one 前面有the,很明显是强调,所以先行词是the one.而one of the films先行词则是the films,两者关系词that which都可以,只是从句中第一个的谓语要用单数（the one 嘛）第二个是复数形式（the films）

呵呵，当先行词是物时，先行词前有the only时，用that 而不用which。 你这个说的先行词是人啊...
