My happiness I have learnt from the book the power of now to be happy everyday. The way I do it is to pay attention to everything happening around me instead of focusing on the future or the past. Suddenly the whole world changed, and the things that I considered painful to do become much more enjoyable. When I walk on the road, I see the bugs eating through plants, flowers blooming in the wind, and sunshine shines through holes between leaves. The walking which I considered tedious becomes interesting, as I let go of my destine and enjoy the process.
