这个绝对不是主语从句,因为 be是系动词,所以跟在后面的成分一定是一个表语.
所以that引导的句子是表语从句.
而在从句里面又包含一个定语从句he holds 修饰限定 the office.
这个句子如果是这样的可以称之为主语从句
