这两个单词意思都一样，都是无论什么的意思 但no matter what只能放在句首，在句中，只能用whatever 例如with the money , you can buy______you want就只能填whatever,不能填no matter what如要改成no matter who的话，应作：No matter what you want,I'll buy it for you.
