请问:被lay off,原公司应该给几周的notice?是不是按照法律只有两周?还是工作几年就有几周?

I heard from someone before that at least there are two examples from two big companies (with stock) in MTL,when they lay off people,just send you notice (or HR talk with you) and you should leave in the same day...Maybe there are many other companies do the same thing.However,the company should pay you a few weeks salary as compensations depending on how long you worked for them.So don't be surprise.查看原帖
