I have a really close friend,whose name is Steve.Steve is almost never sick,and has a surprising amount of energy.This is because of he has a very healthy lifestyle,which is apparent in his daily habits.Everyday,he goes to bed before 11 o'clock and gets up at 7 AM in the morning.He has breakfast daily,and never eats too much during any meal.Furthermore,he goes to the gym about 4 times a week.Most importantly,Steve never smokes or drinks.Consequently,all of our friends agree that Steve has a healthy life style,as he has a regular pattern of life,and stays away from harmful substances.
