Customers' need for the business hotels' service keeps changing all the time.Their need for personalized service is of conspicuousness, which reflects the company's quality of service to great extent. It is far from enough to just provide nomalized and standardized service for the business hotels to maintian the invincible position. Therefore, based on standardization, business hotels provide and improve personalized service, so as to give surprise to customers and feeling of at home, which ultimately enhance the profit. This article mainly illustrate four fields: the meaning of personalized service, the necessity of promoting personalized service, the problems existing during the realization of personalized service and the solution.
