总共看见两个选项,然后果断选B
因为是我花的时间,所以是特定的一个时间,要用特定冠词 one third the time
而不是不定冠词 one third a time,不然就可以随便拿个时间说是他的三分之一.这完全没有比较的意义,一年的三分之一也是三分之一,一小时的三分之一也是三分之一,到底是多长咧...
