当先行词是one of .时 ,关系代词作主语,谓语动词用单数还是复数

用复数,但如果one of前面有 the only等限定词,先行词就是one了,这时谓语用单数

举两个例子给你看
He is one of the boys who like playing football
who 指代的是boys，所以主谓一致用like
He is the one of the boys who likes playing football
He is the one+(……） 中心词落在了the one (即he），而不是上面的boys
who 就是指代he了，所以用likes

当当先行词是one of ....时 ，关系代词作主语，谓语动词用复数；而当是 the one of ...时，关系代词作主语，谓语动词用单数。
如：
Tom is one of the students who have been to America.
Tom is the one of the students who has been to America.
