时,由于学识渊博,在朝作太史令,掌管天文历法.于公元132年,发明了世界上第一台观测地震
的仪器——地动仪,比欧洲早1700多年,为世界天文学做出了卓越的贡献.
要求：只能使用5个句子表达全部的内容,标题已给出（A Briedf Biography of Zhang Heng）

I'm a third year student in senior high school from Guangming Middle School called Li Hua.I'm currently thinking about pursuing higher education in America but it is sort of hard for me since I have no idea how to get ready for that.Therefore,I'm writing to you to consult something regarding studying abroad.
First of all,I would like to know how to apply and how to fill in the application form.Then it is one of my big concerns that which university I should choose.Altough my English is above intermediate level,I'm still a bit worried if I need to improve my speaking ability.I will appreciate that if you can give my some suggestions regarding speaking.One more thing,I would love to know how to deal with the interviews and culture shock which is really common to overseas students but really important to fit myself in the local culture.
