It is good （to eat）(eat)more vegetables
因为小学已经学过了，to后面加动词，eat是动词，所以要加个to，在小学五年级有，to也是介词，在这里用很正常。

eating或to eat都可。 用eating是it is good doing sth 句型。用to eat 是it is good to do sth it 作形式主语，to eat 做真正的主语
