There + be 句型 是个固定的倒装句型, 谓语是be
从结构看 _____ love their parents 这部分是定语从句修饰There + be+ 主语, 这个句型的主语no children
后面的定语从句可以用who, 也可以用that 引导, 因为先行词是 no children , 指人, 是复数 所以排除B, 如果选项B 是 who don't love 便是正确的!
从句意上可以排除C.D
