首先,我们来理解它的用法
consider + n./pron./doing 考虑…
consider from…从中考虑到…
不用considering是因为主语与动作之间存在逻辑上的被动,也就是be considered from
而且前置长示动作所处的状态,用非谓语形式,所以用considered
如:She is considered to lack experience 人们认为她经验不足
