The attachment is the solution of three questions.
还是：
The attachment is solutions of three questions.
is后面好像不能接复数名词,但这句话里还是应该用solutions,因为是好几个solutions.
请问这两句哪句是对的?

第二句,句子的单复数是看主语,和后面的词语无关,这句话也不是倒装句,所以可以不用看后面的solution

第一句是正确的，单复数的问题最主要是看主语，主语是单数，那么后面所对应的亦是单数，而且谓语动词是单数，后面也只能跟单数。这是规则。
