我查了一些例句,都是直接跟地点的.
eg.
We only just climbed up the top of the mountains.
我们好不容易才爬上了山顶.
Did you ever climb up the hill behind your house?

所以climb up是可以直接跟宾语的.
2、I could see the road on both siders of the hill没有缺少成分,所以只看后面半个句子,这不会是宾语从句,因为which和that必做成分,所以一定就是表地点的状语从句,用where引导,真个做 climb up的宾语.
