OPTION FOR ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY PROCEDURES.
Only for settlement of Matched lots.Approved by buyer and seller. Submitting the Alternative Delivery Procedure (ADP) Form as required by the Clearing House which has been sign by both Seller and Buyer maximum by 12.00 WIB on the next business day following the Trade Allocation Notice (T+1).Upon the delivery of an Alternative Delivery Procedure (ADP) Notification to the Clearing House, the Seller and Buyer hereby are directly, or indirectly, responsible for the completion of the delivery.The election of Alternative Delivery Procedure (ADP) will not eliminate any financial obligation that must be fulfilled by both the seller and the buyer to the Exchange and the Clearing House.
