how can i improve my oral english

first of all,you have to overcome the fear of speaking English secondly,spend at least 20 minutes everyday to read out some English article from newspaper or magazines,chit chatting over the messenger can improve your written English but not oral English.Of course the best way is to find someone to talk (in English).Hope this helps.
