中文意思我自己写了一下，大概就按着中文意思译过去就行了 尽量用比较简单点的词句哈~
我目前是技校的一名电子类教师，参加工作三年了。在这三年中，我深切体会到了老师的不易。我们学校的学生是比较调皮，学习也不太好的孩子。所以我们需要努力引导他们去学习尽可能多的、有利于以后工作的知识和技能，同时还要做好他们的行为习惯教育和心理辅导。
尤其是最近一年，我做了班主任，其中滋味可以用“痛并快乐着”来形容。我一方面为学生的违纪行为生气忧心，另一方面又为他们的每一个小进步而喜悦和感动着。我发现自己已经真心爱上了这份工作。

My job
I am an electronic teacher in a technical school. I have worked here three years. There is a strong feeling in my heart that it is not easy to be a teacher. The students here in this kind of school are naughty, not hardworking. As a teacher, I need to guide them to learn more knowledge and skills which are better for their future work. I also need to guide them to form good manners and habits and do the psychological counseling.
I become the main teacher this year. I think the words “pain with happiness” can express my mood. On the one hand, I feel angry and worried when they broke the school rules. On the other hand, I am happy and moving with every progress in their study and life. I love my job with my sincerely heart. The more time I am with my students, the feeling to be a teacher gets stronger.
