Pan Jing, 13, a student at Shijiazhuang No 40 Middle School, Hebei, thinks so. She used to have a hunchback (驼背) and found it difficult to get up early.

After one week of training to be a soldier, her hunchback is gone. She now gets up at six in the morning without any help. "I have changed and this has made my mother happy," said Pan.
