PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS: The price for Work or the cost of manufacturing the Products by the Manufacturer under this Agreement or any Purchase Order (“Work Price”) is set forth in Annexure 10 and may be changed from time to time as mutually agreed in a written agreement by the Parties. Manufacturer agrees to do reasonable efforts continuously monitor and reduce the Work Price by accommodating, better design, process optimization, alternate components, new sources, reduced costs by optimising the frequency and timing of buying raw materials so as to realize maximum discounts, as mutually agreed between the Parties.
