C do是个及物动词,需要用疑问代词what作其宾语,而how是疑问副词,副词做不得宾语
A where相当于at the place where 转化为定语从句后再看显然D的there是多余的
A operate on the girl => the girl is operated on 用被动
C insist on一般只加名词,用从句的话用insist即可,或可用insist on the fact/opinion/ that

第3题为什么用被动，那个单词感觉用被动不合适啊

operate on sb 是对某人动手术的意思 或者可以用投机取巧的方法，on是个介词，后方必定有宾语，如果后方没有出现宾语，那么一定是用了被动语态，原本的宾语到他前面作主语去了~

A 提问是what，不是why原因，所以BC去掉，记住not放一般动词前，be动词后 D not being allowed 对于动名词的否定是前面直接加not， 例如not having

第一题：选c 因为what为连接代词 从句中缺少do的宾语，而how是连接副词不能做do的宾语，就像我们平时说what to do next 而不说how to do 或how to do it
第二题：选b where在句中即是状语了 所以there是重复，语法不通 意思也不通 本句意为她向我所站之处走来了
第三题：选a will have to的后面动词仍属谓语部分 与主语是...
