这个是个错词：应该是800-metre-long,不能加s,因为这是个形容词.
加不加冠词得看上下文的.
如
There are three 800-metre-long streets in the city.
The 800-metre-long bridge was built last year.
There is an 800-metre-long bridge in our city.

首先应该为你纠正的是:metres后的是是多余的，这是一个合成形容词，常在句中作定语，后加名词，如是一个可数名词单数形式，其前要加上不定冠词an,
