三楼的朋友不知道还瞎解释,fell down the tree 并不是把 fell 和 down 放在一起用作短语,而是 down the tree 放在一块,掉到树下了,后面的picking apples 是现在分词短语表原因,取代了前面一个句子的 while he was picking apples（时间状语从句）.
还什么省略了 I was ,还什么口语中常用,简直瞎扯.
