1.不应该分开，in order to reduce your stress once it’s here是一个意群，你这样想：若把in order to reduce your stress先去掉，不考虑它，那么once it’s here就修饰了 is系动词或 think about ，但这样都说不通。 2.in order to reduce you stress不是that you can do 的状语！而是think about这个动作发生的动机。 祝你进步，加油！
