A, 两格应该都带比较形式前面有个cheaper比较,后面一个省略,应是 not as good (as that)
as good as 也表达比较的意思,

因为这两空要一致，不可能是一个比较级，一个原级，b,c排除，the other又表示两者，所以d排除，只好选a
