好像feedback 是名词,不能这样用,很纠结.

to feed back the issue/problem to the supplier.
suplier前要加the,因为是和这个问题有关的供应商.

可以用分开写的feed back,说成 feed back the issue to the supplier.
有时可以不过份拘泥于某个汉语词（这样容易局限人的思路，使人的思路不够发散），向供应商反馈问题也可以说成让供应商知道这个问题，所以也可以说成：
inform the supplier of this issue
