There are some camel come from Africa
可以,但首先,come是动词,用在句中要注意时态,因为是复数,所以若用一般现在时的话,就是come,若用过去时,就是came
有come的翻译成:一些骆驼来自非洲,无come的:有一些骆驼从非洲来

表达的意思应该是一样的，从非洲来的骆驼。
但是如果要加come的话，就要套从句再变成过去式，或者把come变成动名词，因为一句句子里面不能同时有两个动词。
There are come camels coming from Africa.
Or
There are come camels that come from Africa.
