not at all能否用作答歉语
我所接受之九载之义务教育教导我说not at all=it doesn't matter =that's all right=never mind,然10年之河北中考英语听力竟然在回答Sorry的单选题中,并列not at all与it doesn't matter 两个选项,望高人们见教.

not at all: 1. 用于对方感谢时的答语：没关系.2. 根本不；一点也不.这个短语不可以用于对方道歉的回答,但可以用于对道歉答语里的一部分内容进行否定：
--I'm sorry I'm late.
--Not at all. We haven't started yet. 这里的Not at all= You're not at all late. 你根本都没有迟到.不是对对方的道歉做出反应的.
