7.1 For the event you aresuccessful in the provision and conduct of the Services,we shall enter intodiscussions with you with respect to a separate agreement “Professional Services Contract",for the provision of yourprofessional services to advise and assist us in realising the underlyingproject or services foreseen in the Services contemplated by this Letter.
7.2 The terms and fees andexpenses payable to you pursuant to the Professional Services Contract shall bemutually agreed and set forth in such document.However,you have advised us that your standard professional servicesfee (monthly “Retainer”) is SwissFrancs fifteen thousand (CHF 15’000)per month,plus a “Success Fee”which is agreed on a case-by-case basis.You have also advised us that the aggregate of the Retainer receivedduring the term of the Professional Services Contract is reimbursable to usfrom the Success Fee.
