I do not think it a good decision that he will be given this job since he has no experience at all.这题两本参考书有两种该法,一种在it后面加is.另外一种是把will be given 改成 should be given.那种会改法对呢?为什么?

第二种该法正确.
这个属于虚拟语气,因此he will be given应该变成he should be given,才能反映出是属于虚拟语气.
PS：如果it后面加上it的话,本句后面的虚拟语气就都不成立了.根据主语、谓语、宾语的完整性来看,加了is后,后面不能用that.
