英语问题Fully occupied in looking after children,she has no time

英语问题Fully occupied in looking after children,she has no time to enjoy life.
请问一下为什么用occupied 不用occupying 不是主动关系吗?还有fully是不是可以去掉?
那fully去掉有没有语法错误？

occupy很多时都是用於主动语法
但当形容人的忙碌时
就会用以下的表达方式
sb be occupied
be 当然是指 is ,am ,are ,was等等
所以这里是要用 occupied 而不是 occupying
如果用children做主语
则可以用主动式
例如
As the children occupy so much time,she ...
fully去掉不会影响语法的对错
但意思就有所不同

不是主动关系，这句讲时间全部被照顾小孩所占用，她没法去享受生活。这样就能看出是被动关系，是时间被占用。 fully 也不可以去掉加上fully是强调后面的她没法享受生活。
