23.though i am acquainted with Mr.Bartholomew and have long known of his interest in the painting,that he has gone to such lengths to obtain it astonishes me..No error
这里的A) acquainted with 问什么要加ed呢
2.Jason is the only one of the three people I (knew well) in middle school who still (write) to (me regularly).(No error)
为什么呢?
还有问一下在SAT中"S+V+O,V-ing."的形式中,这个v-ing是修饰主语的还是谓语?

1 be acquainted with acquainted 相识的 adj.
2 who 指代的是Jason 要用单三
3 在SAT语法中,S+V+O,doing 很常用,根据句意,如果doing 修饰的是S 那么就是伴随
eg:I went to the supermarket,buying some food.
如果doing 修饰的是整个的 S+V+O 那么就是表结果
eg:I went to the supermarket,missing the dinner.

O 是宾语吧 可以修饰宾语，不过就没有逗号了，就是S V O doing, 这里面doing 是分词作定语

这道题我好像做过，09年的，如果没记错的话，原句是 When we were cleaning the garage my sister and I found the soccer ball in the dark corner we used to play with when we were young. 这题是这样，原句是错位修饰，找原句来说，就是the dark corner we used to play with 而不是the soccer ball, 这与原意不符，至于你说的那个，是语态的问题，soccer ball 应该是处于一个被动的状态，本身不能发出play 这个动作，而你那句话里面soccer ball 就成了主动的了(having done, 主动) 懂？不懂可追问，希望能帮到你

1. be acquainted with 是与某人是熟识的意思，加了ed使用它的过去分词表示形容词意，"......的"的意思。
2.knew well 这里是表示以前认识的一个过去式，who指代的是the only one ，所以定语从句中的谓语要用三人称单数形式。
3，如果没有那个逗号的话，ing是指谓语动词指向的宾语发出的动作，如果有逗号隔开的话，这就是一个非谓语的用法，表...
