为什么不能用whose呢

用whose就构成定语从句了，那么it seems that 后面引导的主要从句就不完整了。

我也觉得不是定语从句，后半句看起来更像是宾语从句，但是用所属‘s我又不知道该如何解释，能不能具体解释下
